By using the PostureScan mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
2. Medical Disclaimer (Crucial)
- NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: The App, its posture scores, analysis, advanced statistics, and exercise recommendations are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- RISK OF INJURY: You acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks. You agree that the creators of Posture Scanner are not responsible for any injuries or adverse outcomes resulting from following the exercise suggestions provided by the App.
- Consult a Professional: Always seek the advice of a physician, physiotherapist, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
3. Subscription Model
The App operates on a subscription model. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon purchase confirmation and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Liability Limitation
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of the posture analysis or the suitability of the exercise recommendations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages or injuries related to your use of the App.
