A: All your scan data, images, and progress records are stored securely on your personal iCloud/CloudKit. We do not store this information remotely on our servers.

Q: My scan results seem wrong. What should I do?

A: Ensure you are standing the required distance from the camera (typically 6-10 feet) and that you are wearing close-fitting clothing. Remember, our analysis provides suggestions and is not a medical diagnosis. If you are experiencing pain, please consult a medical professional.
